As a camping for families, we have set us the goal to offer the whole family interesting activities. We know that it does a holiday several times better if you have some memoriable moments to look back on. Therefore we have developed an offer to both the children and the parents. The camping site offers, among other activities, and large jumping pillow, several playgrounds for the kids, possibilites for swimming in the lake (if the temperatur is good enough), as well as a lot of different animals, and barbeque areas.
Jumping pillow and playgrounds
We have a 160sqm jumping pillow, which has been a very popular activity for the children. In addition we have several playgrounds and outdoor activities on the site, both for the smallest and the not-so-small children. Here you will find sandpits, play areas, swingsets, and more.

Animals on the camping
Each year we have several different animals on the camping, which is much fun for the children. Goats, hens, rabbits, pigs, fish and pigeons are amongst the animals which you can find on Senja Camping each year.

Swimming and other activities
Just beside the camping site lies the lake of Trollbu. Here you can swim when the weather is nice and the temperature is high enough. We also have rental of rowingboats, canoes, SUP (Stand Up Paddle board), Mountain terraing bicycles and a cycleboat, which will give joy to both young and old.
The area around Senja Camping is suitable for mountain hikes, fishing and hunting. We also have a barbeque area which is placed by the lake and can be used for barbeque or social gatherings.

Ski activities during winter
During winter time, approx between January and April (Easter), we run a ski lift just next to the camping site. The ski lift is open during week ends and holidays. Our slope is perfect for kids, and we have ski rentals as well.
